You may have recently a letter in the post from XPS in relation to a tracing exercise that the Trustee have decided to undertake.
The Trustee, is reviewing the quality of its data in line with guidance issued by The Pensions Regulator and therefore is attempting to get in contact with members of the Scheme whose addresses are not up to date on the administration system.
The Trustee has asked XPS Pensions Group to help with this exercise. For your information, XPS Pensions Group have a longstanding relationship with both the Trustee of the Scheme and the Scheme itself and have been providing Actuarial advice and Consulting services to the Scheme since inception. In addition to this, Victoria Hayter from XPS has been the Scheme Secretary since 2016.
