The Company has made some recent changes to the Trustee Directors on the Trustee board of EDS Trustee Limited. The Company has appointed Charles Diao, Mark Greenhalgh, Greg Dimmer and Andy Haslam to the Trustee board in place of Robin Shelton, Martin Hume and Brian Eden. In addition, the Trustee has decided to change the term of appointment for the current Member Nominated Trustee Directors from a period of 3 years to 4 years.
This change will be applicable to the current Member Nominated Directors. The next Member Nominated Director selection process will be in June 2020 and the Trustee will write to you about this at the beginning of next year.
